The Inn of Lake George

In just four years, we transformed this once-quiet bed and breakfast, previously bringing only $75K in annual revenue, into a vibrant, upscale boutique hotel complemented by a bustling cocktail lounge, eventually becoming a favorite gathering spot for locals.

Thoughtful design upgrades, strategic reinvestment, and a renewed focus on guest experience lifted the property to $500K in annual revenue by Year 4.

Here is a brief timeline outlining the major milestones that shaped this transformation, illustrating how this project grew from its modest beginnings into a thriving hospitality destination.

August 2021

We acquired this property, mid-season, sporting a pen-and-paper reservation ledger, antiquated keylock system and classic breakfast offering.

The guest rooms, albeit cozy, were ready for a modern touch.

And common areas were mismatched, underutilized and lacked inspiration.

September 2022

Despite the challenges of completing construction while remaining open, we reimagined the former living room into the warm, inviting "Lobby Bar": a significant draw and a key amenity to build the future hotel brand around.

Common areas were further improved with an emphasis on guest utility.

And we "commercialized" the kitchen to better support the hotel's F&B arm.

November 2023

Taking advantage of the winter off-season, we committed to a complete renovation of all guest rooms. From premium espresso machines to the luxury linens and Amish-made furniture, attention to detail is paramount.
