Subsequent to a Verbal Consultation and an evaluation of the operation, we will prepare and provide you with a Property Analysis Report identifying key aspects of the business to be improved upon with the greatest effect.

Comprehensive Assessment

For current hospitality owners, or prospective purchasers of an existing property, looking for an on-site, deep-dive evaluation, designed to uncover opportunities for operational improvement, guest experience enhancement,
improved management practices, high-impact renovations and revenue growth.
By visiting the property in-person, we gain a firsthand understanding of the hotel's strengths and challenges. During the assessment, we are able to experience the complete guest journey: from arrival and ambiance to service quality and cleanliness, food & beverage operations and back-of-house efficiency.

A 4-hour minimum on-site visit to the property (maximum 250 mile radius included - additional travel at cost).
